One of Switzerland’s first naturally cloudy unfiltered beers, launched in 1992.
Light bottle fermentation produces a lively and distinct character. Mild and
fruity in taste. Brewed from finest malt, 3 different types of hops and purest
Alpstein springwater. Aged for 3 months in mountain caverns.

Naturperle
(…say: “Nature’s Pearl”)
 

In the Engiadin mountains, the highest crop-growing area in Europe, there
is a barley with an incomparably heavy aroma. This precious barley is mixed
with hops and springwater and brought to maturity over months to create a
beer of truly outstanding quality. Naturally cloudy. Swiss Bio certified.

Hanfblüte

In the old days in Europe, hemp was used as well to flavour beer. With
the “Appenzeller Hanfblüte” we have renewed this time-honoured tradition.
The result is a natural beer with it’s very own distinctive flavour – slightly
sweet, naturally cloudy.

What a unique speciality!

Until the early 20th century, chestnuts were main edibles in the Italian
speaking Canton Ticino in the South o
f Switzerland. From these times
originates our unique Catégna - slightly sweet in taste, with a rich and
dense body. The complex and difficult brew process takes more then
3 months per lot.

Brewed by Appenzeller methods in the unspoiled Appenzellerland with
fresh pure springwater from the Alpstein mountains in Switzerland.

Alcohol free!

A full-bodied, fantastic beer, brewed from 3 different malts and 3 sorts
of hops according to an old proprietary recipe. Long and soft aging at
icy temperatures purifies it’s fine aroma. Probably one of the best
alcohol free beers!
