In the Engiadin mountains, the highest
crop-growing area in Europe, there
is a barley with an incomparably heavy aroma. This precious barley is mixed
with hops and springwater and brought to maturity over months to create a

Castégna

What a unique speciality!
Until the early 20th century, chestnuts were
main edibles in the Italian
speaking Canton Ticino in the South of
Switzerland. From these times
originates our unique Catégna - slightly sweet in taste, with a rich and
dense body. The complex and difficult brew process takes more then
3 months per lot.
