unspoiled Appenzellerland with fresh pure springwater
from the Alpstein mountains in Switzerland.

Brewed from
best malt, hops, a
special fast-acting yeast
and
our
own outstanding premium barley from Europe's
highest
crop-growing area in the Swiss Engiadin mountains at
1600m -
the area of such famous locations as i.e.
St. Moritz.

The spingwater used is 40-60 years old and
rins through more
then 2000m of solid Alpstein rock before directly drawn off from
the spring source for brewing.

Unlike
industrialized beer, we take up to 10 months
time for
a subtle and most gentle brewing process allowing for finest
richness in taste. |
